You might think of including information (and examples) on: • An outline of their key duties and responsibilities and how these fit within the organisation
• Specific skills the individual has developed during their Apprenticeship Programme and how these have benefitted the organisation
• Any measurable outcomes the individual has achieved. For example, a percentage increase in sales and/ or profitability, more efficient ways of working, better staff morale etc. Please provide statistics and/or evidence that demonstrates the impact they have had on the business
• Where the individual has promoted learning, taken the initiative and/or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills
• Any further learning undertaken (or planned) as a result of undertaking the Apprenticeship Programme.
