You should include: • Why the learner decided to undertake the Employability Skills Programme
• What the individual learnt whilst following the Employability Skills Programme
• The level of dedication and commitment shown by the learner whilst undertaking the Employability Skills Programme
• Any barriers faced and successfully overcome by the learner either prior to or during the Employability Skills Programme.
You might think of including information (and examples) on: • The learner’s current employment status
• Any further learning undertaken (or planned) as a result of completing the Employability Skills Programme
• Improvements to the learner’s confidence, self-esteem, employability as a result of completing the Employability Skills Programme.
