Yn bwysicach fyth, bu newid sylweddol yn y sgiliau y mae ar ddiwydiant eu hangen i roi hwb ymlaen i fusnesau mewn byd \u00f4l-bandemig. O ganlyniad i&#8217;r ddwy flynedd gythryblus ddiwethaf, gwelwyd bod angen llawer o sgiliau newydd ar fusnesau. Felly, mae\u2019n bwysicach nag erioed ein bod yn sicrhau bod pobl yn dysgu&#8217;r sgiliau cywir yn ein colegau a&#8217;n prifysgolion a thrwy ein darpariaeth dysgu seiliedig ar waith (prentisiaethau).<\/p>\n<p>Byddai t\u00eem PSPRC yn gwerthfawrogi petaech yn clicio ar y ddolen isod i lenwi ein Harolwg Cyflogaeth a Sgiliau. Ni fydd yn cymryd mwy na 10 munud i chi ei lenwi. Bydd y wybodaeth a gesglir yn cyfrannu at ein Cynllun Cyflogaeth a Sgiliau newydd ar gyfer 2022-2025. Mae\u2019r cynllun hwn yn allweddol wrth ddylanwadu ar y dirwedd sgiliau ranbarthol, ac wrth roi gwybod i Lywodraeth Cymru am ofynion sgiliau a hyfforddiant, ac i ble mae angen dyrannu cyllid er mwyn ateb y galw.
