Traineeships Learner of the Year 2017
This category will showcase the dedication and commitment of those individual candidates who have chosen a Traineeship to enable them to further develop their career prospects or gain employment.
Entries should demonstrate:
- A proven commitment to their involvement in the Traineeships programme and continued personal development.
- Success in the “distance travelled” to progress to the next stage of their personal development or into employment.
- What the impact of the programme has been on the learner.
Eligibility Criteria
Traineeships Learner of the Year (Engagement)
To apply for this award the learner must have:
- Completed and progressed from the Engagement strand of the Traineeships programme to the next stage in their personal development or into employment.
- Overcome a significant barrier or multiple barriers while on the Traineeships programme to allow progression to the next stage of their personal development or into employment.
- Progressed from the Engagement strand of the Traineeships programme no earlier than 01 August 2016 and no later than 31 July 2017.
Traineeships Learner of the Year (Level 1)
To apply for this award the learner must have:
- Completed and progressed from the Level 1 strand of the Traineeships programme to the next stage in their personal development or into employment.
- Overcome a significant barrier or multiple barriers while on the Traineeships programme to allow progression to the next stage of their personal development or into employment.
- Progressed from the Level 1 strand of the Traineeships programme no earlier than 01 August 2016 and no later than 31 July 2017.
