Our members are vital to us and we work with each one to ensure that they receive the support they need. We encourage networking, collaboration, sharing of information and partnerships, as we believe that this is crucial to securing the future of work-based learning in Wales.

NTFW is recognised as the leading voice of the work-based learning sector in Wales. Membership is open to all organisations who can demonstrate suitability to become associated with the Federation. Membership brings not only work related benefits but the opportunity to meet with industry colleagues in a setting that is conducive to networking.

NTFW meets regularly with Ministers, Members of the Senedd, senior Welsh Government and Medr officials, policy leads and attends Welsh Government task and finish groups.
