On Thursday, 13th November, Talk Training proudly hosted a memorable graduation ceremony at The Royal Mint in Llantrisant, celebrating the achievements of 44 graduates. Each graduate, joined by a family member, marked this special occasion surrounded by pride, inspiration, and a shared sense of accomplishment.

The historic and prestigious Royal Mint provided a fitting setting for the event, symbolising excellence, and tradition. Graduates were recognised for their dedication, hard work, and perseverance throughout their training programmes delivered by Talk Training.

The ceremony included inspiring speeches from Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), and Talk Training representatives. Speakers congratulated the graduates on their success, emphasising the importance of lifelong learning and leadership in driving personal and professional growth.

After the formal presentations, guests enjoyed a delicious lunch and the opportunity to relax, celebrate together, and take photographs in the impressive surroundings of The Royal Mint.
