Apprenticeship Week Wales
8-12 February 2021
Apprenticeship Week Wales celebrates the positive impact apprenticeships have on individuals, businesses and the economy. Throughout Apprenticeship Week there will be a number of events held across Wales. Apprenticeship Awards Cymru

The Apprenticeship Awards Cymru aim to recognise and celebrate employers, learners and providers who commit to developing their workforce through Apprenticeships and supporting their employees during their training. The awards are also a great way to evaluate training and development, as well as a fantastic motivational factor for any workforce or learner.

Welsh Business Show
4 May 20021 – Cardiff City Stadium, Cardiff
3 June 2021 – Ffoslas Raceourse, Llanelli
5 October 2021 – Liberty Stadium, Swansea

The Welsh Business shows are Wales largest business to business exhibition comprising of three national shows, each event is held annually in Cardiff, Swansea and Carmarthenshire. The shows provide a platform for businesses of all sizes to showcase their products and services to the delegates attending.

Adult Learners Week
21-27 September 2021
Adult Learners’ Week is the the largest adult learning campaign in Wales, coordinated by Learning and Work Institute Wales (L&W) in partnership with the Welsh Government and the European Social Fund and other partners.

The campaign aims to inspire and encourage thousands of adults each year to continue education and skills development in a wide variety of forms and helping to raise awareness of the value of adult learning by celebrating the achievements of learners and providers and inspiring more people to discover how learning can positively change their lives.

13-14 October 2021 – Venue Cymru, Llandudno
20-21 October 2021 – Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff

At SkillsCymru young people and students can get involved with interactive features, hands-on demonstrations and challenging activities to learn about the huge range of careers, training and advice available in Wales, catch a glimpse into what their future career could hold and realise their potential. Events taking place in Llandudno and Cardiff.

WorldSkills UK Live
18-20 November 2021
WorldSkills UK Live is the nation’s largest skills, apprenticeships and careers event and helps to shape the future of a new generation. Attracting over 75,000 visitors annually, the show provides hands-on experiences that inspire young people to explore careers and motivates them to find out more about the world of work.
