The conference will focus on shaping the future of skills in Wales as the next phase of the Apprenticeship Programme approaches.

Delegates will explore how providers, employers, and stakeholders can collaborate to shape a more agile, inclusive, and future-ready system.

There will be speakers from Medr, Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol, Agored Cymru – conference headline sponsor, Cavendish Cymru and City & Guilds.

Workshops will be delivered by Medr, Qualifications Wales, Resilient Futures Coach, Careers Wales, Jisc, Education Workforce Council, Estyn and the Regional Skills Partnerships, offering practical insights and guidance on key topics.

Join us and be part of the discussion as we chart the course for apprenticeships from 2026 and beyond.

The event also offers a prime opportunity to network with individuals and companies across the training sector in Wales.
