National Further Education and Work-based Learning Workforce Survey 2023

In the 2021 national education workforce survey results, workload concerns were raised as a common issue. Since then, the national workload steering group (Joint Trade Unions, ColegauCymru and Welsh Government) has been undertaking work to address those concerns.

The group now want to assess the progress made to date and have asked the EWC to undertake this survey to help measure how much has been achieved. Completing the survey will help us gain a full picture of your own experience and current concerns.

Every individual response is read and analysed, and the higher the response rate, the more evidence we will have to help understand and tackle workload issues.

The survey will be open until Friday 31 March 2023. Please be assured that your response will be confidential. The survey should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete.
