This year, the Mid Wales Regional Skills Partnership (RSP) has been running a survey to find out what you have to say about the challenges you face as a business in Mid Wales and, in particular, around the recruitment of skills now and in the future.
The RSP team wishes a big thank you to all who have participated so far – the survey is still live so there’s still time to share your views, if you haven’t already. The survey closes at the end of the year.
The RSP is listening carefully to what you have to say.
Once the survey is closed, they will analyse the data and use it to inform Welsh Government and influence change in the right places.
One of the questions being asked is what is the biggest challenge facing your business? So far, 64% cited recruitment as their biggest challenge.
As a result, the RSP will be considering the best way to support training providers and back to work agencies to improve the supply of labour for businesses in Mid Wales.
Full results of the survey will be shared after analysing the data in January.
