With her enthusiasm for fitness she started to work as an apprentice gym assistant at One to One Gym, where she is working towards her Level 2 Gym Instructing Active IQ.

At first, she worried about the workload, being a mature student, and a mother. However, with support from her tutor Samantha has gained significant knowledge and is able to manage her career, her studies, and her home life successfully.

Her tutor said that Samantha is an eager participant who thoroughly enjoys learning.

Once she completes Level 2, Samantha would like to begin the Level 3, to further build on her skills and reach her full potential as a gym instructor.

Samantha said “I really want to have my own clients and help as many people as I can.

“As soon as you find a career path, start as soon as you can and see it through.”
