The Regional Learning and Skills Partnership (RLSP) South West Wales showcased a range of construction-themed pilot projects who have received funding the Skills and Talent programme at the Green Economy event. The event was an opportunity for networking and learning from various experts and stakeholders in the green economy sector.
The launch took place on the RLSP stand, where many people gathered to learn more about the projects and their impact on the region. The projects are part of the City Deal Skills and Talent programme, which aims to enhance the skills and employability of thousands of people in South West Wales.
Each project will help local people to acquire the training and qualifications they need to pursue their career goals and secure their future. The pilot projects are linked to several City Deal projects that will bring more benefits to the region. They involve collaboration between employers, education providers, and local authorities, and offer opportunities for learners, workers, and businesses to enhance their skills and knowledge.
The RLSP team congratulated the project leads and thanked them for their participation and contribution to the Skills and Talent programme. The RLSP also expressed their gratitude to the Green Economy event organisers and attendees for their support and interest.
